The Kefir PB&J

Serves: 2
- ½ cup rolled uncooked oats (optional)
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- ½ cup peanuts (or almonds or sunflower seeds depending on dietary needs/preference)
- 2.5 cups kefir
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- Place all ingredients in the blender (I love my vitamix!) pouring the liquid first
- Blend on high until smooth
