Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled uncooked oats (optional)
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • ½ cup peanuts (or almonds or sunflower seeds depending on dietary needs/preference)
  • 2.5 cups kefir
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender (I love my vitamix!) pouring the liquid first
  2. Blend on high until smooth
