This is my overnight oat recipe. I eat this most mornings to start my day out with some protein, fiber, antioxidants, healthy fats, and probiotics! Have fun with this base recipe and make it your own.

Ingredients
Half cup steel cut oats
One tablespoon buckwheat groats
Half cup kefir
Handfull of frozen berries or other fruit
1 tsp cinnamon
Pumpkin seeds or your favorite nut or seed
Coconut flakes
spoon of raw honey (if you need it sweetened)
Instructions
The night before combine half cup steel cut oats, one tablespoon buckwheat groats, half cup kefir, handful of frozen berries or other fruit, 1 tsp cinnamon
The morning of add pumpkin seeds or your favorite nut or seed, coconut flakes, a spoon of raw honey (if you need it sweetened)
