Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 cups raw milk kefir
  • 5 spoonfuls of honey (or to taste)
  • 5 scoops goat whey protein powder
  • 8 tbsp Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
  • Juice of two limes
Instructions
  1. Slice the lime & avocado
  2. Pour Kefir into Vitamix
  3. Add in the avocado flesh
  4. squeeze in the juice of two limes
  5. spoon in honey, whey, and collagen
  6. blend until smooth!
